Skip Seeley

Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Skip Seeley oversees investor, regulatory and community relations as well as navigating merger and acquisition transactions for new business ventures. Skip's previous hands-on experience managing gaming facilities in several capacities for the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce gives him the expertise needed to develop gaming operations at newly acquired properties or refine existing operations to ensure financial growth. During his time with the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce Skip was responsible for the implementation and oversight of over 8,000 games. Skip holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Robert “Skip” Lannert

Chief Operating Officer
With more than 35 years experience in management, technology and marketing in the gaming and pari-mutuel industries, Robert “Skip” Lannert serves as Chief Operating Officer of Global Gaming Solutions. Skip’s expertise lies in his ability to assess an organization’s existing and needed capacities to leverage assets and optimize resources to positively contribute to its financial success. Prior to joining GGS, Skip served as Executive Vice President for Multimedia Games, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGAM) where he was responsible for operations and strategic alliances. Skip built and managed a nationwide network of more than 15,000 electronic games and acquired and placed more than 7,500 machines from WMS Gaming and Aristocrat Technologies in the Oklahoma market. Skip holds a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University. He serves as Secretary of the Management Committee at Lone Star Park.  In 2009, Skip was honored for extraordinary contributions to the industry by the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association.


Tiffany Frye

Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Tiffany Frye is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of Global Gaming Solutions. Tiffany’s experience in both commercial and tribal finance serves as a driving force behind the corporate strategic planning and corporate responsibility/sustainability strategy and initiatives. In addition, she serves as a key advisor to the CEO on all decisions relating to strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and investment opportunities. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting from East Central University, as well as being a certified CPA. She serves as a treasurer for the Ada Homeless Shelter and is a member of both the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
